Guidance Notes For Applications Made Under The Licensing Act 2003

This Guidance has been formulated by the Environmental Protection and the Health and Safety Sections of Wrexham County Borough Council’s Housing and Public Protection Department.

The information provided in the booklet will assist applicants in completing license application forms and to fulfil the Public Nuisance and Public Safety requirements.

If applicants require additional information they should contact the Environmental Protection Section or the Health and Safety Section directly, contact details are provided in the guidance document.
