Welcome to the Online Pollution Reporting Form

This form is for reporting Pollution issues only. If you would rather make an enquiry or suggestion, please do so using the website feedback form.

Unfortunately complaints cannot be made anonymously. However, once a complainant has supplied their name, full address and either an email address or telephone number, where they can be contacted, then complainant details are kept anonymous and are never divulged to the alleged offender; in accordance with excemptions under the Freedom of Information Act. In circumstances where legal action is taken, meaning that a complainants details may need to be divulged in court, we will always seek the complainants permission to do so before going forward with the case.

Please note that dog barking must be witnessed in person by an Officer from this Department and so it will be necessary to arrange to visit you in your property.
