Enforcement Policy

 

The purpose of this policy is to ensure effective compliance with legislation having regard where necessary to the type and severity of any non-compliance, and the effect it may have on the public, consumers and traders alike, and taking into consideration the need to minimise the burdens on businesses, residents and the local authority.
