Conditions for work in close proximity to council trees

This document has been produced in conjunction with the Wrexham Council Owned Tree Strategy and is designed to provide guidance for anyone intending to carry out construction, excavation or repair work above or below ground in close proximity to council owned trees.

Important Note: For Planning Applications, trees subject to Tree Preservation Orders or trees that are within a designated Conservation Area, contact the Planning Arboricultural Officer. This document is not Planning Guidance.
