Survivors of the Charge of the Light Brigade at Balaclava
Sergeant Major Edwin Hughes, "Balaclava Ned", was Wrexham born and bred. He survived the infamous Charge, though he was wounded. He outlived everyone else involved on the British side and became a legend in his own lifetime.
