Welcome to County Buildings.
County Buildings is the historic home of Wrexham County Borough Museum.
In 1860 the musuem building was the Militia Depot - the HQ for the Royal Denbighshire Rifles.
The Militia were part-time soldiers. They had other jobs. They had a training month each year. In times of war they became full-time soldiers.
