From the North:

Follow the A483 from Wrexham. Take the slip road signed for the A539 to Whitchurch and Llangollen. At the roundabout take the third exit and go over the next roundabout in approximately 500yds on to dual carriageway. Coming up to the next roundabout move into the right hand lane and take the second exit signed for Plas Madoc and Trevor. Follow the road for approximately 2 miles until you see a left-hand turn signed for Pontcysyllte Aqueduct on a white on brown sign. Follow the road down the hill and take a left turn over a humpback bridge. Turn immediately right into the car park.

From the South:

Follow the A5 from Shrewsbury until you reach the A483 to Wrexham. Travel down the A483 for approximately three miles, then take the slip road signed for the A539 to Whitchurch and Llangollen. At the roundabout take the first exit onto dual carriageway. Coming up to the next roundabout take the move into the right hand lane and take the second exit signed for Plas Madoc and Trevor. Follow the road for approximately two miles until you see a left-hand turn signed for Pontcysyllte Aqueduct on a white on brown sign. Follow the road down the hill and take a left turn over a humpback bridge. Turn immediately right into the car park.
