Celebrate St Dwynwen's Day with Lovespoons (KS1/KS2)

Dwynwen - the patron saint of Welsh lovers - lived in the 5th century, one of 24 daughters of King Brychan of Brycheiniog. The legend of Dwynwen tells of a Welsh maiden who fell in love with a prince. Celebrate this welsh tradition by learning the symbolism involved in creating a lovespoon.
