Wrexham Racecourse Football Ground

This prominent feature along the Mold Road entrance to town is the home of Wrexham Associated Football Club.  Wrexham AFC, nicknamed "The Dragons", was established in 1873.  Football matches are played here regularly throughout the year, but The Racecourse has also been known to host many rugby internationals as well.
