The Centre provides modern facilities for meetings and small conferences or workshops.

Computer suite with 16 PCs, laser printer, free internet access, scanner, office and presentation software.
Large, modern hall with accommodation for up to 150 people (seated). Staging for lectures, concerts. Dressing and shower rooms. Large kitchen with catering facilities and small kitchen suitable for use as a bar. Flooring suitable of leisure activities, fitness and light sports.
Self-contained, fully equipped créche available for groups of up to 10 children.

The Group is responsible for courses and training at the Centre. All course participants are automatically members of the group which means that all courses are arranged by the community for the community.
The Brougton Strategy tackles social, economic and environmental regeneration within the local community. The Broughton Strategy Staff team supports the Broughton Strategy Board which is made up of local community members. The two main sources of funding for the Broughton Strategy and its projects are the Welsh Assembly 'Communities First' programme and the European 'Urban II' programme.
