Chirk Leisure and Activity Centre : Birthday Parties

Fun session (including a selection of floats, rafts and small inflatables)

  • This activity is suitable for any age range
  • Weak/non swimmers are required to wear armbands and remain within the designated areas of the pool
  • A party room area including tables and chairs is available to book following the pool fun session. Parties are required to supply their own food and drink.
  • The session is supervised by two Lifeguards, who will give a safety talk prior to users entering the pool.

Cost

  • £55.00 - 1 hr Fun Session
  • £65.00 – 1 hr Fun Session + 1 hr Party Room*

*maximum duration of party is 2 hours including changing time

Skater Fun Run (Pool Inflatable)

  • Twenty metre continuous inflatable, consisting of various obstacles and slides.
  • Suitable for ages up to 16 years, including weak/non swimmers who will be required to wear armbands.
  • Weak/non swimmers are required to exit the inflatable via the section after the dustbin prior to entering restricted swimming area (deep water).
  • We recommend a minimum of one adult in the water to assist the children onto the inflatable.
  • A party room area including tables and chairs is available to book following the pool fun session. Parties are required to supply their own food and drink.

Cost

  • £90.00 - 1 hr Pool Inflatable Session
  • £100.00 - 1 hr Inflatable Session + 1 hr Party Room*

*maximum duration of party is 2 hours including changing time

General Terms and Conditions for Party Options 1 and 2

  • A minimum deposit of £20.00 must be paid on booking
  • A party booking form must be filled in by the party organiser
  • The recording of images of any kind is only allowed with written authorisation form the centre management
  • We advise all party organisers to attain contact details of all children attending the party in case of any emergencies
  • A party room area including tables and chairs is available to book following the pool fun session. Parties are required to supply their own food and drink.
  • All parties are for a maximum of 30 swimmers inclusive of adults.
  • Party bookings available on: Saturday 3.30 – 5.30 pm
  • A minimum of two lifeguards will be provided
  • All swimmers must listen to and adhere to the health and safety brief issued by the lifeguards. The lifeguards have a legal duty to make the area safe and any participant not adhering to the pool rules will be asked to leave the pool.

Swim Ratio Guidelines for Party Option 1 and 2

Any swimmers under the age of 8 years, must be accompanied by an adult in line with our admissions policy and ISRM Recommendation as follows:

  • Children aged 4 and under must be accompanied by a  responsible person (age 16+) on a one to one basis

  • Children aged between 5 to 7, must be accompanied by a responsible person (age 16+) on a maximum two to one basis.
