Wrexham Parks, Countryside and Rights of Way Service run an exciting programme of events through out the year. The events are aimed at both adults and children, with extra events laid on during the school holidays.

For detailed information about our events, why not download a copy of our events programme here.

The leaflet is also available from our Visitor Centres at Ty Mawr Country Park, Nant Mill Visitor Centre and Alyn Waters Country Park.

Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all our events.

Most of our events are suitable for everyone, however, if you have limited mobility or special needs it is wise to check that the event is suitable by telephoning the park beforehand.

We provide a range of walks, which we hope will cater to everyone's taste. Please note that a Ranger or Rights of Way officer will always be at the meeting place at the start time, to advise of possible cancellation in bad weather. Please wear comfortable walking shoes/boots and bring waterproofs, warm clothing and a packed lunch and a drink if it is a long walk.

Volunteers are always welcome and if you have a few hours to spare, why not give us a call at any of the country parks.
