Plas Madoc Leisure and Activity Centre - Conditions of Booking

  • Parent in charge must sign that all children in the Soft Play are 2 ½ - 8 years old.

  • The number of children booked, as attending is the minimum number charged for. Confirmation of any changes in numbers must be made up to 24 hours prior to the party.

  • £15.00 non-refundable deposit is required on booking along with a completed booking form. Over 16 children booked for a Soft Play party carries a non-returnable £5 surcharge.

  • Before the start of your children’s party the balance must be paid for at reception. The receipt must be handed into the cafeteria, along with confirmation of food orders, if requiring menu no. 2

  • Any birthday cakes can also be left with the café to set up in your own party room.

  • Any special dietary requests need to be made at least 24 hours prior to the party.

  • Children must not be allowed to return to their activity area after their allocated time.

  • Health and Safety in swimming pools recommend the following ratios:

    Under 5 years – 1 child to 1 adult
    5 – 8 years – 2 children to 1 adult

  • An adult is defined as a responsible person over the age of 16 years.

  • Normal admission charges apply to accompany adults
