MATURE MOVERS KEEP FIT
A low impact aerobic session catered for the Mature Adult.
BODY TONE
An energising workout using weights, bands and mats. Ideal for toning the body. Suitable for all abilities.
Legs, Bums & Tums (L.B.T.)
Legs, Bums & Tums, it’s all in the name! A class concentrating on those most important areas. Using weights, bands and body weight training. Suitable for all abilities.
STEP AEROBICS
An aerobic based class working on a step, ideal workout for legs and bums

AEROBICS
A boost to your energy levels with this varied aerobic workout. Suitable for all abilities.
PURE REVOLUTION STUDIO CYCLING
Party time on the bikes, a varied workout with motivational music, definite calorie burner. Suitable for all abilities
AQUA-AEROBICS
A fun way to exercise in the water, using woggle’s and discs for toning.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
One hour of varied exercise to develop strength, stamina and fitness set in a circuit format.
BOXERCISE
A high-energy class using boxing techniques, this class packs a definite punch.
BOXERCISE TECHNIQUE
A 15 minute session to help take you through basic techniques, ideal for beginners or to brush up on technique.

FAMILY CIRCUITS
A session for mums and dads to come and train with the kids. A varied session set in a circuit format.
BODYPUMP
It’s the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. This is a toning and conditioning class with weights. It’s perfect for both men and women who want to add strength training to their aerobics workout.
STRETCH AND TONE
A stress management class which gently releases tension and stretches out all of your muscles whilst helping with all body toning.
TAI CHI
‘Yang Style’. A system of Chinese exercises. The techniques help to relieve stress and enhance relaxation. You can also improve your strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Suitable for beginners of all ages
