New Footbridge at Erbistock

Wrexham County Borough Council’s Parks Countryside and Public Rights of Way section have installed a new footbridge on a popular riverside path near Erbistock.

The bridge at grid reference SJ343,414 between Lower Farm and Manley Hall also forms part of the Watt’s Dyke trail. This section of path which runs along the river Dee from Erbistock to the Graig has also benefited from having the stiles replaced with new easy to use kissing gates.

Funding for the project came from the Welsh Assembly Government in support of Wrexham County Borough Council’s Rights of Way Improvement Plan.
