Horseriders Welcome New Bridleway Bridge

07 September 2011

Wrexham County Borough Council’s Parks Countryside and Public Rights of Way section have recently installed a new 9.5 metre bridleway bridge over the River Clywedog on a popular bridleway near Minera Hall.

The installation of the bridge provides horse riders with a safer route from Coedpoeth to Minera Mountain road avoiding a section of the B5426 which runs through Minera.

Funding for the project came from the Welsh Assembly Government in support of Wrexham’s Rights of Way Improvement Plan.
