Mondays
Low Impact Aerobics 8.00pm - 9.00pm £3.60 All ages (16+) and fitness levels
Low impact workout to increase cardiovascular fitness and improve body shape with fun choreography.
 

Tuesdays
Power Yoga 8.00pm - 9.00pm £3.60 All ages (16+) and fitness levels
This class combines elements of Tai Chi and yoga which help relieve muscle tension, increase flexibility and mobility whilst shaping and defining all muscle groups.

 

Thursdays
Total tone 7.00pm - 8.00pm £3.60 All ages (16+) and fitness levels
With instructor Jo Williams. An all over body conditioning class.

 

Sundays
Sunday Morning Yoga class being transferred to Chirk Leisure and Activity Centre from 6th May 2007.
Power Yoga 10.30am - 11.30am £3.60 All ages (16+) and fitness levels
