Refering partners (such as Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services [CAHMS], Paediatric Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy Team & Dieticians) refer onto the scheme.

The Activ 8-2-16 co-ordinator recieves the referal.

An activity is chosen and the child enters the sessions for 10 weeks.

The Activ 8-2-16 co-ordinator then evaluates the progress of parent and child and a childrens university certificate is issued.

Finally the evaluations are collated by the Activ 8-2-16 co-ordinator and the child continues with the activity.
