Party Booking Conditions

  1. The minimum number of children charged for each party is 10.
  2. Chhanges to the number of children must be made 24 hours prior to the party.
  3. £15 non-refundable deposit is required on booking along with a completed booking form.
  4. Before the start of your children's party the balance must be paid for at the cafeteria along with confrimation of food orders, if requiring menu 2.
  5. Birthday cakes may be left in the cafeteria until required.
  6. Any special dietary requests need to be made at least 24 hours prior to the party.
  7. The Centre has the following supervisory ratios to ensure the safety of children:
    1. 4 years and under - 1 child to 1 adult
    2. 4 - 7 years - 2 children to 1 adult
    3. (NB - an adult is defined as a responsible person over the age of 16 years)
  8. Supervising adults will not be charged entry to the swimming pool.
  9. During swimming parties, all possessions must be stored in the lockers provided. Each locker requires a £1 returnable coin.
