The Planning Department do not deal with this as the only accurate definition of a property's boundary will be shown on its deeds. The Land Registry in Swansea can often help on Tel: 01792 355000.

Building Control and Regulations
To build, alter, extend, change the use of or amend the fire safety performance of any building you may need to obtain approval or advice before work commences. This is one of a series of local planning guidance notes which amplify local planning policies regarding development of land. It provides a guide to the supplementary information that is required for planning applications which involve the development of sites that may be contaminated.
