Hightown Development Brief (Draft)

The Hightown Flats site, Kingsmills Road, Wrexham has recently been demolished. It is intended in the future that redevelopment will take place as part of the Council’s joint Affordable Housing Project with the Welsh Government.

The Council has prepared a draft development brief for the site. This document outlines the broad redevelopment requirements and hopes to ensure a high quality living environment for both new and returning residents.

The brief, when finalised, will be used to inform a decision on any future planning application for the redevelopment of the site. If you have any comments on the brief please send them to us at:
