Deposit Wrexham Local Development Plan (June 2010)

This plan brings together the outcome of the previous stages, namely the 'Issues and Options' and the 'Preferred Strategy'. It sets out a vision and objectives for the development of the County Borough along with a range of detailed policies that will be used to determine planning applications up to 2021. It also includes proposals maps which set out where new development such as housing, employment and retail will be acceptable and also areas that are protected from development.
