North Wales Regional Waste Plan

The North Wales Regional Waste Plan First Review

The first North Wales Regional Waste Plan was adopted in 2004. Planning Policy from the Welsh Assembly Government requires the Regional Waste Plan to be reviewed every 3 years. The Regional Waste Group is therefore currently consulting on the North Wales Regional Waste Plan First Review. An extensive public and stakeholder consultation on the First Review is taking place for 10 weeks from October 15th until December 24th 2007.

Hyder Consulting is project managing and undertaking the consultation on behalf of all 3 regions in Wales (North, South East, and South West).

An on-line survey and consultation documents were available at www.ourwasteourchallenge.org
