Wrexham's Unitary Development Plan

The Unitary Development Plan (UDP) 1996 - 2011 was adopted by Wrexham County Borough Council on the 14th February 2005. The Plan covers the administrative area of the Wrexham County Borough Council. It supersedes previous adopted development plans, namely the Wrexham Maelor Local Plan: Forward to 2001, the Glyndwr District Local Plan, and the Clwyd Structure Plan: First Alteration.
