Bangor Bridge is an impressive structure of medieval origin with extensive 17th century work. It is located within Bangor-is-y-Coed Conservation Area and provides a crossing point over the River Dee. It is a cambered bridge with unequal steeped arches of red sandstone, with the parapet and cutwaters mainly of yellow sandstone.

It has group value with the War Memorial and Church of St Dunawd, and is also a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
