Blue Badge Scheme
The Blue Badge Scheme is a national arrangement of parking concessions for people with walking difficulties who travel either as drivers or passengers, and people who are registered blind. It allows you to park closer to your destination.

Your free travel pass will be valid from the date of issue and will be valid all day, every day not only in Wrexham, but also for travel throughout Wales.
