Local Authority Population Projections for Wales (2006-based)

National Statistics on local authority population projections for Wales produced by the Welsh Assembly Government were released on 30 June 2008 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority. This is the first time that population projections for the 22 unitary authority areas in Wales have been published. The population projections are based on the 2006 mid-year estimates.
