Wrexham Tourist Information Centre (TIC) offers a warm welcome and a wide range of services. As part of the All-Wales TIC Charter Network, Wrexham TIC is committed to providing a very high standard of service.

  • The TIC is able to book accommodation not only in Wrexham, but nation-wide;
  • Visitors can 'book-a-bed-ahead' during their stay;
  • The TIC stocks free literature on events, activities and places to visit, both locally and throughout North Wales;
  • Is a Ticket Agent for numerous theatres and concert venues;
  • Sells books, maps and souvenirs;
  • Provides information on public transport and offers advice for visitors with specific needs such as access for people with disabilities.

Wrexham TIC is open all year round.

Summer ( Starting 22 March )

Monday - Friday 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
Saturday 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.

Winter (Starting 1 November 2010)

Monday - Saturday 10.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.
