There are no loading / unloading facilities within any Council car park except in the People's Market Multi-Storey car park. A loading bay is situated at the back of the People's Market multi-storey car park, this is for use by market tenants and their customers only.
The maximum loading time allowed is 30 minutes. If you are not actively observed loading/unloading or stay longer than the time allowed you are liable to be issued with a penalty charge notice.
