This section allows you to pay Wrexham County Borough Council PCNs online, as well as providing information on other ways to pay.
Charges
Details of how to pay a PCN will be shown on the
back of the PCN. If you receive a PCN you have a
month in which to pay the charge as stated on the
PCN. If you pay within 14 days the charge will be
reduced by 50%. If you don't pay and we have to
take steps to recover the money from you, then it
will increase by 50% or possibly even more.
Ways to pay
There are a number of ways you can pay your PCN:
Online
You can pay online via our Wales Penalty Processing Partnership (WPPP) secure online payment service (external website). Here, you will be able to make payment by credit/debit card (American Express is not accepted).
What is WPPP?

In person
You are able to pay at Wrexham County Borough Council Cash Office on Lambpit Street between the hours of 8.45am and 4.00pm, or at any local estate office. Please ensure you take your PCN when paying in person.
By Post
Payments may be made by crossed cheque or postal order made payable to: WPPP. Please write the notice number and your address on the reverse of the cheque / postal order and complete and enclose the payment slip.
Cash should not be sent in the post.
Remember to leave time for postage to make sure you take advantage of the 14 day 50% discount rate.
If payment is not made within 28 days, the registered keeper or the person who the County Council believes to be the owner of the vehicle may receive a Notice to Owner asking for payment. That notice will also describe how the owner may make formal representations objecting to the issue of the Penalty Charge Notice.
