This is a registered charity dedicated to road safety, which aims to educate road users and campaigns for road safety. It also cares for those seriously injured or bereaved, as a result of a road crash, through support services from their division BrakeCare.

Road Safety Great Britain

Road Safety GB (formerly LARSOA) is a national road safety organisation that represents local government road safety teams across the UK. It provides us with a forum for sharing ideas and for learning about best practice and thereby supports us, in fulfilling our statutory role of casualty reduction via education, training and publicity. Road Safety GB also seeks to influence both public opinion and government policy in relation to road safety. It works with other organisations to achieve common goals.

RoSPA

The Royal Society for Prevention of Accidents (external link) is a registered charity, whose mission is to save lives and reduce injuries.  It is involved in many types of accident prevention, including road safety. It assist the Road Safety team in its work, through being a source of expert advice and information, by research and by selling resources, as well as supplying us with free materials and making others available for download via their website. They also offer training courses on safety topics and fleet driver training.
