SOCIAL CARE Permanent Support Workers - Homecare/Reablement G05 - £19,171 - £19,945(pro rata) Variable hours per week

Homecare/Reablement is a 24/7 service which covers the whole of the Wrexham County Borough. The service is registered to provide personal care to children and adults of all ages.

Homecare assessment is the main focus of the service and staff will work closely with Therapists to support people to achieve their maximum potential.

A full induction and training programme will be provided, this will include the specific skills required to undertake all aspects of the role therefore applicants do not need to have any previous experience in this field.

Successful applicants need to be aware that they may be required to travel to multiple locations across the county borough to provide the service.

The ability to speak Welsh is an advantage.

Successful candidates will be required to adhere to Social Care Wales code of practice.

The post will be subject to an acceptable enhanced DBS certificate which includes checks against the barred lists for children and adults.
