We can provide:

- General information about EU matters.
- For complex questions we can put you in touch with relevant specialist services such as the Citizens’ Signpost Service or Solvit.
- Some information can be provided in other languages (where available).
We also have:
- Freephone access to the Europe Direct call centre where your call can be answered in any of the official languages of the EU.
- Free publications that you can take away.
- Free internet access.
- Books that can be loaned from the library.
Libraries and Other information providers
Europe Direct can supply quantities of leaflets to libraries and to other information providers. To find out what we have available please get in touch with us.
Teachers
If you need information or publications on Europe to use in the classroom Europe Direct can provide the materials you need. If you are planning a project or lessons where you need information or resources please contact us to find out what we can provide to you.
What information can Europe Direct not provide?
Europe Direct is not a problem-solving service, it can therefore not introduce requests for redress or forward complaints on your behalf – it can however provide you with the contact details of the relevant services or organisations.
As a general information service, Europe Direct is not authorised to comment on specific issues pertaining to EU policy or EU positions on political situations.
