Flintshire & Wrexham LSCB Postcard System
The LSCB recommends that professionals, prior to submitting postcards,
attempt to address their issue via own agency/line manager and/or
use of the ‘Resolving Professional Differences’ protocol.
Flintshire and Wrexham LSCB (FWLSCB) have established a joint postcard system, originally utilised by the Flintshire Area Child Protection Committee.
The postcard system enables any member of the multi-agency system, members of the public and children and young people to raise issues, concerns and compliments in respect of safeguarding activity direct to the LSCB, when the issue being raised, in the case of members of the multi-agency system, has not been able to be resolved/highlighted through the normal channels to the satisfaction of the person completing the postcard.
