Wrexham County Borough Council is committed to Customer Care. As part of our effort to provide efficient and effective services we need to know when you have a complaint.
We would also like to hear from you if you have any suggestions on how to improve our services or if you have any difficulty using any services or if you require any information on how we can help.
The first stage is to contact the staff directly involved. This can be by either speaking or writing to the relevant manager and telling them about the problem.
Alternatively you can fill in the online comments and complaints form.
Social Services' complaints follow a different procedure, please contact the Customer Services Manager on 01978 292007 or freephone 0800 5876708.
If you are unhappy with how the complaint was handled or the outcome please contact the relevant contact officer as detailed in this leaflet.
If you are still unsure of who the relevant contact officer is please contact the Corporate Complaints Officer on 01978 292201 who will be pleased to assist you.
If the matter has still not been resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact the Corporate Complaints Officer who will investigate the complaint further.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can complain directly to:
