From Coal to Carnations
The Brymbo Fossil Forest was discovered in 2003 during open cast mining for coal on the former Brymbo steelworks site.
This website features a collection of resources based on the exhibition “From Coal to Carnations” which was on show at the Grosvenor Museum in late 2008 and at Wrexham County Borough Museum in early 2009.
