COOK - 27.5 hours per week, Grade L05 - £15,725 - £17,802 PRO-RATA

Permanent Post to start as soon as possible.

TERM TIME ONLY WITH NO TERM TIME LEAVE

Required as soon as possible for this busy Secondary School canteen – an enthusiastic Canteen Cook to supervise the day to day school catering provision and to deputise for the Catering Manager in her absence. Duties will include promoting healthy eating and the “Appetite for Life” agenda, ensuring that all dishes are prepared, cooked and presented to high standards. The post holder will also be expected to help ensure kitchen safety and hygiene procedures are maintained to a high standard at all times.

Additionally you will be expected to support the Catering Manager in clerical duties e.g. ordering supplies, maintaining equipment inventory books, stock sheets, time sheets and various catering returns. Therefore computer experience is essential. Please see job description for further details.
