This is a 6 week group for parents/carers and babies from birth.  Come along to learn some simple massage strokes to help support the bond between you and your baby and to experience some of the possible benefits including: 

• supporting interaction between you and your baby, 
• helping your baby relax and sleep, 
• positively affecting infant hormones that control stress and reduce crying
