This is a 7 week programme for parent/carers of children aged 3 months to 4 years. Baby and Pre-School swimming is about developing a child’s love of water, motor skills and ability whilst promoting water confidence.

Swimming together can provide an opportunity for the adult and child to relax together, helps to build up trust, provides skin-to-skin connection and time for the adult to spend focusing on their child, explore language through songs and rhymes while also having Fun together!
