This is a 6 week group for parents/carers and babies from birth.  

Come along to learn some simple massage strokes to help support the bond between you and your baby and to experience some of the possible benefits including:

This is a fun and engaging 6 week group for parents/carers and their children aged 3-12 months. The sessions offer opportunities to engage and play together, whilst gaining some top tips on supporting the development of babies’ speech and language skills both now and in the future. 

This is a 6 week practical cookery course which focuses on nutrition and practical cooking skills in a relaxed and friendly environment.
