Trained advisors

You will need to book an appointment to speak to one of our advisors by phoning our published planning number. Appointments are available during the following scheduled time slots at Contact Wrexham (Wrexham Library, Rhosddu Road, Wrexham, LL11 1AU):

• Monday to Friday (except Tuesdays) 9am - 4.30pm 
• Tuesday 10am – 4.30pm 

Planning officer appointments

In addition to our normal service, a planning officer can provide specific advice about development proposals (e.g. design, materials, additional reports). 

You will need to book a telephone appointment to speak to a planning officer. The time slots are:

• Monday 10.30am – 12.30pm
• Wednesday 2pm – 4pm
• Thursday 10.30am – 12.30pm

To book your appointment you will need to phone our published planning number. You should provide as much information as possible about your proposal when booking your appointment, so the officer can provide informed advice during the meeting.
