Our in-house social lettings agency has been operating since 2015, working with landlords to help create sustainable tenancies for households in housing need and improve standards across the borough.
By letting through us you will be helping local households in housing need find a home. We recognise that some property owners may have either personally experienced difficulties, or been told about difficulties, in letting to our target groups in the past. Bearing this in mind we have developed a package of benefits to ease those concerns.
We are always looking for new, good quality properties. If you’re a new investor with a single property, or an established professional with a large portfolio, we would like to work with you.

Our team have extensive experience of managing social and private tenancies. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and when you become a landlord with us you’ll gain access to our wealth of local knowledge, contacts, and your own property manager.
We operate in a similar way to a High Street Letting Agent, but we aren’t motivated by profit, our charges are lower than High Street Agencies and we offer flexible letting packages.
