Level 2 Food Hygiene is the basic and most popular hygiene training course among food businesses. It is a legal requirement that you are able to prove that you and your staff are adequately trained to do your job. For any staff who handle open foods, the safest way to do this is to complete a Level 2 Food Hygiene training course.
The Level 2 course is a fully certificated course delivered by qualified food safety professionals.

These courses are run over 2 weeks for 3.5 hours per week.
All courses are held at Hightown Community Resource Centre, Fusilier Way, Wrexham, LL13 7YF.
The cost is £65 per person.
