We (Wrexham County Borough Council) are the licensing authority responsible for granting premises licences, club premises certificates and personal licences in Wrexham County.  

This policy explains:

• the way we make licensing decisions
• how licensed premises are likely to be allowed to run in a way that will promote the licensing objectives.
