Here’s how the process works after you contact a suitable installer:

  1. Certified installers - Qualified installers certified by the Microgeneration Certification System (MCS) initiate the application process on your behalf.
  2. Deducting the voucher - Once approved, the voucher amount is taken off your installation costs, reducing the financial burden significantly.
  3. Compliance and quality - Your chosen installer ensures that the installation is compliant with industry standards and scheme requirements.
  4. Redeeming the voucher - After successful installation and commissioning, the installer redeems the voucher and receives the grant, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.
