Neurodivergent Person Centred Planning Drop-in every Wednesday 10am-12pm at the Wellbeing hub, where you can chat, discuss issues and find out where to get further advice or support.
The Friendship Hub
The Friendship Hub was created by people with disabilities to give people the opportunity to make friends and organise meet ups together. They arrange trips to the cinema, bowling, meals out and meet up weekly to chat and plan.
Project management team – individual support
This team offers neurodiverse individuals bespoke support on lots of topics, including:
- Friendships/relationship training
- Mindfulness
- Budgeting help
- Sex education
- Cooking skills
- Daily living skills

North Wales Integrated Autism Service
This service offers support within the North Wales region, including Wrexham.
They offer:
- Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) assessments for adults (those aged 18 and over) who meet the criteria to be assessed.
- Workshops that support autistic individuals to understand their diagnosis better and explain what community services are available.
