Traditionally our standards have been about speed, either to answer the telephone or to see you when you drop in for advice. Our new standards recognise that this is still important but that the quality of the service you receive and the way in which we deliver that service is equally important.
We also recognise that expectations are changing and that more of you are choosing to contact us via digital channels.

We will offer a service which reflects the Council’s core values, ensuring that the focus remains on you, the customer.
