Out of Hours

We operate an out of hour’s service to allow you to report emergency repairs when the Local Housing Offices are closed. Please use the free-phone number 08000 855 808. All calls are recorded.

The out of hour’s service operates from 5.30 pm.

Before you call the emergency repairs service for a heating repair please ensure that both gas and electric services are on. There is a possibility of a re-charge should a contractor be called out and there is no gas in the meter or no electrical supply.
