Food Complaints

The food safety section are responsible for investigating complaints into unsatisfactory, contaminated and unfit food products. We also deal with complaints of unsatisfactory food premises.

With so much food being produced and sold in Wrexham it is not surprising that occasionally, the food that you buy will not be up to the standard that you would normally expect.

Should this be the case then contact us with your concerns and we will do our best to investigate the issue.

We have also produced an information leaflet on food complaints and the most common complaints that occur and suggestions for the best course of action.
