Bangor18
Notice of Temporary (Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2008 at Public Footpath No 18 (Part) in the Community of Bangor Isycoed.
Wrexham County Borough Council has made an Order which prohibits any pedestrian from using that part of the length of Public Footpath No. 18 in the Community of Bangor Isycoed in the County Borough of Wrexham at the rear of the Royal Oak Hotel from grid reference SJ 3881 4552, in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 213 metres to grid reference SJ 3882 4573 as shown by a bold red line between points A and B on the map attached to this Notice.
The reason for the closure is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath and because of the likelihood of danger to the public in order to enable Environment Agency Wales to undertake flood defence maintenance works.
The alternative route available for pedestrians is to proceed along the embankment to the west side of the closed section of the path in a northerly direction as shown by a bold broken green line between points A-C-B on the map attached to this Notice.
The Order will come into force on 30 June 2008 and will continue in force for the duration of the works subject to a maximum period of six months.

Cefn 13
Notice of Temporary (Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2008 at Part of Public Footpath No 13 in the Community of Cefn Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14.
Wrexham County Borough Council has made an Order which prohibits any pedestrian from using that part of the length of Public Footpath Number 13 in the Community of Cefn in the County Borough of Wrexham from Well Street at grid reference SJ2807 4230, in a northwesterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres to grid reference SJ2806 4231, as shown by a bold black line between points A and B on the plan attached to this Notice.
The reason for the closure is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath and because of the likelihood of danger to the public in order to enable Wrexham County Borough Council to undertake renovation works at 33 Well Street and Eagle House.
The alternative route available for pedestrians will be to proceed along Well Street and Mount Pleasant.
The Order will come into force on 3 March 2008 and will continue in force for the duration of the works subject to a maximum period of 6 months.
